Will my original photograph be altered?

No. Your photograph will be scanned and edited digitally.

Will my photograph be taken away?

Yes. But only for a short time, if that's what you prefer. All photographs are treated with the utmost respect and care because the mere fact that you are taking the trouble to have them restored is an indication of how much they mean to you.

Will I be asked for any money before the photograph is completed?

No. Only when you are satisfied with the result will you be asked to pay.

How will I know how much it will cost?

After the photograph has been inspected you will be told how well you can expect it to be restored. This will depend on the amount of damage already sustained. You will also be told how much it will cost.

How long will it take?

From two to fourteen days depending on the amount of damage to be edited.

What if I don't live within the business boundary?

Occasionally, if you have the equipment to scan the subject yourself or, if you are prepared to post the subject, we can still accommodate you.
